Stars n' Stripes U18s 3 Stars of the Week (2/12/19-2/19/19)


⭐ Alex Turcotte: The Wisconsin commit has been on a torrid pace since returning from injury back on December 15th of last year.


Turcotte has played in 19 games since his return and has registered a point in 15 of those 19 contests. He also has recorded points (6g,6a) in 6 of his last 7 games and that includes the 2 goals and 4 assists he put up in a pair of wins for the U18s this past weekend.


Turcotte’s play has moved him up to the number two spot in Stars n’ Stripes NTDP player ratings for the 2019 NHL Draft.

⭐ ⭐ Patrick Moynihan: The future Providence Friar continues his improved play with Team USA. Coming off a very strong Five Nations tourney, Moynihan recorded a goal in each one of the U18s wins this past weekend.


The Millis, Mass. native has registered points (5g, 2a) in 4 of his last 5 outings and now has put up 11 goals and 14 assists in 44 games with Team USA.

⭐⭐ ⭐ Owen Lindmark: Another Wisconsin commit, LIndmark brings his blue-collar approach each and every time he steps on the ice. A tireless worker, Lindmark recorded a pair of helpers in Friday’s 4-1 win over Sioux City and came back with another apple in Saturday’s 7-2 defeat of the Chicago Steel.
